All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. 

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including errors in pricing, stock availability, or payment authorization issues. 

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not guarantee acceptance until the order has been processed and shipped.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. 

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, bank transfers, and financing (where applicable). 

Orders will not ship until full payment has been received and cleared. 

Sales tax is applied where required by law, based on your shipping location.

We ship within the continental U.S. (and select U.S. territories based on additional shipping terms). 

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or inventory availability. 

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Fees may apply for changes or redelivery attempts. 

Upon delivery, inspect all items before signing. If damage is found, note it on the delivery receipt and notify us immediately. 

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and are subject to approval. 

Some items (e.g., custom or special-order equipment) are non-returnable. 

Approved returns must be in unused, original condition with all packaging. 

Restocking fees (up to 25%) and return shipping may apply. 

Orders canceled after shipping are treated as returns. 

Most equipment is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. 

Warranty coverage may vary by brand and item. Please refer to the product listing or contact us for specific details. 

Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and within the warranty period. 

Medal Equipment is not liable for: 

Product misuse or improper installation 

Loss of business, profits, or data 

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages 

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. 

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the U.S.A. 

Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that state, unless otherwise required by law.
