What is covered under Medal Equipment’s warranty?

Medal Equipment provides a 5-year warranty on compressors and a 3-year warranty on parts and labor for all eligible products. This covers: 

  • Replacement or repair of defective parts due to manufacturing issues. 
  • Labor costs associated with repairing covered parts during the warranty period. 
  • Compressor repair or replacement if it fails under normal use within 5 years. 

What is not included in the warranty? 

The warranty does not cover: 

  • Normal wear and tear of components (door gaskets, light bulbs, handles, etc.). 
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation. 
  • Faults resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs. 
  • Damage due to power surges, water damage, or accidents. 
  • Consumables and cleaning-related items. 

What voids the warranty?

Your warranty may be voided if: 

  • The equipment is installed by non-certified technicians. 
  • Non-genuine parts are used for repairs or maintenance. 
  • Regular cleaning and maintenance guidelines are ignored. 
  • The unit is moved or transported without following manufacturer instructions. 
  • Equipment is used outside its intended commercial environment. 

How do I get service under warranty?
